The Pattern of Executive Professionals’ Thinking Styles in Relation to cognitive Styles and Metacognition Skills

In this era of globalization, thinking styles the professionals hold significant prominence in leadership development. Cognitive aspects including thinking, attitudes, and motivation are great concerns managerial psychology, which escalate organizational productivity as, different occupations reinforce cognitive metacognitive styles. This paper proposes to conduct research gap studying effect metacognition on order find out preference at executive positions. Smart PLS 3.3.2 software has been used execute partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) for framework a sample 453 top-executive working public private firms northern India. Six hypotheses were framed study. PLS-SEM supported five six as per their respective models. Results indicate that professionals’ skills influence study encourages task-oriented workplace deployment solution evolving productivity. When practiced organizations, it boosts expectations requirements giving birth greater creativity. Implications, limitations, suggestions future also added.
